Established in 2006, PPM Utilities (Prepay Metering CC) has grown from the first 10 meters installed in Hermanus, to building relationships with more than 200 clients located across Cape Town and beyond.  Other areas include the Overstrand (Sandbaai, Hermanus, Gansbaai, etc.), Southern Cape (George, Knysna, Stilbaai, Plettenberg Bay, Oudtshoorn), Overberg (Swellendam) and Pretoria.

PPM strives to provide an all-inclusive function and service to Developers, Homeowners Associations (HOA’s), Body Corporates (BC’s) and their representatives.  We believe in a no-nonsense approach with transparent and simplified processes to empower the Body Corporate with the necessary information and tools to make informed decisions.
